The Spark
My passion for aviation began early, pointing at planes overhead and making “whooshing” sounds for my grandad. One of my clearest memories is from the Wings and Wheels event at Rougham Airfield, mesmerized by the T6 Texan’s checkerboard nose and its unique sound.
The Journey
In 2019, I bought my first camera with no experience, just a wish to capture the world as I saw it. When COVID paused life, my camera sat unused until late 2020, when a trip to the Lake District changed everything. The sound of Chinooks flying low through the valleys sparked a new passion...aviation photography.
Since then, I’ve travelled thousands of miles, capturing aircraft and their stories. My work has been featured by the Royal Air Force, The worlds largest military airshow, books, and aviation websites. Along the way, I’ve met amazing people, made lifelong friends, and I’m rarely seen without my trusty ladder!
The sky is (not) the limit
When I’m not chasing aircraft, I shoot motorsport events, from BTCC to speedway and stock car racing. I also love photographing wildlife, especially Kingfishers, and historical re-enactments at places like the East Anglia Transport Museum, where I’ve volunteered for years.
Recently, I’ve added local football photography to my creative mix, becoming the club photographer for Mildenhall Town FC. These images can be found under the "Sports" section of my page.
This website is a showcase of my evolving work, a journey through air, land, and life - and a commitment to wherever creativity takes me next.
